To celebrate 100 years of the Chief nameplate, Indian is releasing a revamped lineup of the iconic cruiser in six flavors. To celebrate the 100th birthday of its Chief nameplate, Indian Motorcycle is rolling out a total revamp of the iconic line for 2022. Technically, 2022 is the Chief's 101st birthday, but we'll leave our nitpicks at that. Years notwithstanding, Indian is releasing three new Chief models, marking the first real refresh since the Chief was rereleased all the way back in 2013. To celebrate 100 years of the Chief nameplate, Indian is releasing a revamped lineup of the iconic cruiser in six flavors.
The Indian Chief Bobber rolls off the showroom with an old-school custom vibe, with ape hangers and 16-inch spoked wheels as standard.
The Indian Chief Dark Horse adds a 116-inch engine to the mix and a smoked color palette.
The Super Chief is the lineup's long-distance machine, with bags, a windshield and a pillion seat.
